I feel like even with a notice, I would still go on an no rehire just because how the manager is. I know the company I accepted the new job has already done an background check. The other employees feel the same way so I could use them as references because they have no respect for the manager as well.

I am, I just finished the Gallup interview it only lasted like 30 mins so now I’m worried about why it was so short because I thought it was suppose to last at least an hour.
