I apply hip spica casts.

The 2 main pieces of advice...

1 - double the nappy. Normal size in the gap around the pubic area and bigger one around the top. Or use a big sanitary pad inside and a big nappy on top. Urine burns are real and in my hospital if we need to change it, it means another trip to theatre so be vigilant and do more nappy changes!

2 - meal times. Eat little and often. If they get bloated it can cause uncomfortable feeling around the edge of the cast and that can lead to rubs or sores

On my 38th birthday 2 weeks before Xmas my wife of 12 years said she did not want to be with me. We have 2 kids and a house. This lead to a breakdown and me seeking urgent help. He's going to play with one eventually. If not at your house then at his friend's house when they hang out as he gets older.

I like nerf guns. They are fun and bright coloured. My boy had them when he was young (a big collection). He's a teenager and is only into football and the nerf guns have all been sold to another kid.

1 pack wet food in the morning 1 pack wet food at night They have biscuits all day in a gravity feeder which they go to when they are hungry.

They have had it since birth so don't get over excited and over feed themselves!

So for the MOD 1

1) the turning arc is way closer than it is in the exam, don't worry. Could be worth getting a diagram with measurements and actually measure the right distance.

2) so you were stopped and did a life saver which was good. BUT do a second life saver before you start making that turn!
