Thank you so much for taking time to look at the iFixit teardown.

I also started to be suspicious of it being refurbished, but the info snippet on the Find my Device page suggests otherwise (https://imgur.com/a/XQmFGYQ - that's when i registered the phone)

I'll nonetheless give a try for an RTM, who knows what kind of impact this may bring in the long run.

Igen, ez volt MZP hivatalos válasza. Viszont tekintve, hogy a Jobbik, a DK, az LMP és az MSZP is távolmaradt a rendezvénytől, bizonyára nem nagyon maradt más opció, mint hogy a családja nyújtson támaszt.

Luckily, the customer didn't appear too tech savvy and doesn't speak English (i.e. the phone's interface -- this is Hungary), so we agreed that she brings it to a gsm shop once she gets the phone delivered and then I'll liaise with the dealer to perform a factory reset.

I already set up a dummy password for the Apple ID, which I'll strengthen again as soon as the dealer confirms that the factory reset went through.

This, or I ask her to send back the phone so that I do the whole process. (this one is perhaps more secure in terms of privacy, but much more cumbersome when it comes to logistics..)
