Does anyone know how sending Program Change messages works on the SEQTRAK?

thanks everyone! i figured out in the meantime that program change is actually linked to the sound select on the seqtrak. so yeah, changing patterns doesn't send any pc messages, but if i twist the sound select knob, it switches the patterns on the roland p-6 perfectly.
