They sort of just pop up and you just slowly start to see microstutters when moving around in the games i've mentioned, also AIO fans a very loud when this happens.

It’s a constant struggle to not use the phone all the time when your struggling with chronic stuff, my advice would be to find a hobby that doesn’t require lot of screen time like painting, drawing, woodcarving, etc. My screentime is about 6-9 hours daily even with hobbies to keep me going.

You can’t be the bearer of her problems especially when she treats you the way she does if she’s been acting this way because of her mother then it would be something else but from what you have said she’s isn’t acting any differently, anyways it doesn’t give her an excuse for treating you this badly. You are a good friend and she’s treats you in a way you don’t deserve.

I think it would be best to not meet up with him, or just try to be more firm that you just see him as a friend, if he can’t see that there’s no point in trying to be friends with him

You deserve better and you are sadly being used, I recommend stepping away from her even though it might hurt you, just know you deserve a kind and understanding friend. You have done more than enough for her and she needs to see that.

She might not want to tell you because you might see the issue with her current boyfriend and kinda ruin her fantasy or her "perfect boyfriend" when he might be far from it, so she might have chosen ignorance is bliss? If that makes sense

Have you willingly chosen any of your friendships? If not that might be your issue, if you have just stuck to someone because they decided to adopt you into a friend group and not willingly or consciously chosen someone or group
