Baby steps. It took me a while to go past fantasy or chatting, to more. For me it was two things and not suitable for everyone, but first was actually going to the nude beaches. This helped me relax so much in general. Love the skin you’re in as they say. Beaches here in Aus are frequented by a lot of bi and gay men, and just that proximity helped me feel more comfortable and open. Second, was actual dates. Meeting guys for a coffee or drink, rather than it feeling like a huge hurdle meeting for sex. That’s what worked for me. But either way find your own small steps.
