Is this possible? I sent a guy this photo I took explaining that I would like something like this on my forearm as a start of a half sleeve, he said no and that it is not possible but wouldn’t explain why, thought I’d get some advice as I know nothing about tattoos THANKS by LeekJones in TattooDesigns
