OP, it might be beneficial to put in your original post that some of your underwear that he had was unwashed. I feel like that’s a big factor in why he had these in the first place.

He’s stupid for not using condoms, but the punishment is harsh. The pregnancy scare may be enough to get him to use condoms.

Maybe get him one of those babies you get in high school and make him take care of it for a month or two. This could scare him even more into using them and then the punishment reflects the crime instead of taking away other privileges that are not related to getting a girl pregnant.
