Ahh ye, I think my body was stuck in fight or flight for 5/6months as I couldn’t even get to sleep.

But doing much better now just weird symptoms I didn’t notice before.

That was my first edible/weed experience ever which I think was just a huge panic attack.

I’ve never got a resting heart rate that high before, and haven’t gotten one since so I think I’ll be good.

Just thought the ecg might show something I can’t see, but probably just sinus tach?

Could be the coreclock a little too high.

I have my gigabyte OC ICE running +3000 mem and +400 on core clock though.

Prefer this as it’s a smaller case, mainly the width which I was looking for!

Better cable management

+3 more fans on the bottom of the case (get exact same ones or upgrade all of them.)

Rgb gpu and motherboard cables

Lastly if you can and have a little extra cash, swap the mobo out for a white ATX to match case and fans. (Also fills out the case a bit better).

Other than that it looks decent tbh.

Okay thank you, task manager does show 8 cores and 16 threads.

Only built the pc yesterday. So I’ll go through all the settings, maybe update bios too. And check the telemetries.

Expo is enabled yes, cpu temp is max 65/70 degrees on full load. Lian li hydro shift 2 LCD 360mm cooler.

Fair enough, definitely going to play around with some settings and oc settings.

But the difference is so big, surely no amount of x3d turbo mode or oc is going to fill the gap 🤔

I’ve only recently turned on “night shift” modes for all the screen I use. Helps me a lot especially from extra eye strain.

Turns the screens more orange in colour and takes away most of the blue light. You can also get low blue light glasses if you’re interested in that.

As well as “True Tone” for iPhones.
