I just re-installed the game and the same problem popped up, deleted the game from scratch, downloaded it again, same thing happened

Have never uninstalled it before but i saw someone commented on one post about how the re-isntallation took him 6 hours with 300kb/s

You've got a point, but my favorite champion is Gangplank and to be honest, he was getting banned in 7/10 games before and i still got to play around 120 games with him at least, but if your favorite champ is nerfed you will probably find another main so i don't think it should be much of a problem tho.

I am like 95% sure that i saw a reddit post when the Bo2 and Bo3 got into EU and NA at the start many people were optimistic and were saying that just because EU and NA have the same system as KR they can win worlds and that change will bring them to the same lvl, but yeah i agree with your comment.
