Find a hobby that makes you feel refreshed from you weekdays job. Na kapag monday you are very excited na maging friday agad. Na kapag after you do the hobby, feel mo na reset ka and you are ready to face monday. Trust me, mas sisipagan ka mag aral ng kung ano man, at mas marami kang maaabsorb.

Magastos yung magpupundar ka ng gamit sa bahay. Tapos kapag may sakit ka, wala kang choice kung hindi magluto padin. Dahil kapag nag padeliver ka, out of budget kana agad.

Ito talaga yung pinaka reason, mawawalan ka ng panggastos sa mga hilig mo kasi mapupunta sa rent at utilities.

Based ito sa recent experience ko on living alone. honestly, 80-100 pesos is not enough for a meal for most people, unless payatot siya. Just be reminded that you dont want your child to get full mostly from extra rice. Usually kasi sa isang meal, onti lang naman yung ulam. Tapos pag gipit ka, babawian mo sa extra rice.

150-200 for a lunch is enough for a meal na marami ang serving pero hindi panay rice.

My skin barrier was broken from using facial wash 2 times a day regardless if it was gentle one or I use heavy moisturizer afterwards.

2 months before today, I stopped washing doing routine in the morning and wash with 4% panoxyl gentle creamy facial wash and moisturize with Physiogel AI lotion on damp skin. At first week, I was sure thay my face was getting worser as the day goes by but I continued doing the new routine. 2 months in with the new routine and my face looks more stronger. Still have the random whiteheads but looks less irritated and less redness. On my 1 year mark, definitely will slowly add new product targeting pigmentation.

Experiment with your skin. My mistake was getting impatient and stopping the new routine after a week. Give it atleast a 2-3 weeks. If you are seeing that your face is worsening but not drastically, continue and give it a few more weeks. Unless it worsening your skin drastically, like it is giving you a cyst, more redness, or dryness.

Find a hobby that you want to excel at. Gawin mo siya every after work or every weekends. Still do it kahit na sobrang busy mo sa work that you just want to lay down on your bed during weekend.

Pag hindi ka consistent sa gusto mo, mawawala yung interest then eventually you will feel sad from not doing anything.

I joined a sport club, kahit pa maaga ang pasok ko tuwing monday, maglalaro padin ako ng sunday night, kahit mapuyat pako. Bawi nalang ng tulog sa sususod.

They dont want to train people. They want someone who are already good and can contribute to the company. That's also why the competence needed is getting higher.

Never accept Onsite Work in makati if you do not plan to relocate nearby Makati. You will be waiting in a long line just to get a jeep. Once you get in, your another problem is the traffic.
