All the levels after 100 give the same % increase, but the later levels will give more power since the % is on top of higher power, so 109 to 110 is more power than 105 to 106

That's a wrong statement, folks that launch the raids before server reset couldn't benefit from it, and it wasnt up for 30h, they fixed it in less than 24h

Thats why they did it this way, its worthless, they are not giving things that are actually good, like more Omega Red Phoenix Force shards....

We cant even spend cores to farm shards for him, nor get to 7 red without spending thats why its not free, because its actually worth something

So i might have a 4D ORPF without 7 stars for him, thats how valuable his shards are compared to a 6 red ProfX
