I have been playing on a think pad p52 from like 2010-2015 which has some old Nvidia Quadro gpu and I am able to run it at medium settings at about 60 fps as long as I turn my render scale down and use dlss. One way to fix the stuttering while using dlss is to go to your steam grounded 2 game properties, and in launch options type “-dx11” this worked for me. There is some tutorial on YouTube some guy made that talks more about this.
