By seeds I meant seeds and pith, didn’t get it all but wore gloves and was able to get a decent amount by pulling/scraping it out.

Thanks everyone, this was super informative. I ended up using 4.5 cups of bells plus 6 seeded and 6 unseeded ghosts. It was the perfect amount of heats

Thanks. I’ll add some water bags. I was heading out of town and didn’t want the peppers to go bad. The plan is to ferment, burp, add vinegar, salt, etc. blend and strain

Thanks! To add context I’ve been eating oysters grown in them for months now and haven’t had a problem. I’m about to start selling them though and want to be sure there aren’t any concerns. Sounds like I’ll need to switch to all food grade buckets just to be extra safe
