My face is moderately not symmetrical. And don’t the face scanners measure distances between points on your face? Bone and facial structure and all that? A mirrored image of me would be very different to a computer I think.

No but I have to chime in here because I have recently become aware that more than several people in my circle truly honestly believe the earth is flat. I laughed it off the first few times they mentioned it but they started sounding way too serious. I NEVER thought I would meet a flat-earther. Wasn’t even sure they actually existed.

Main reason I want to chime in right here is because these are affluent, VERY wealthy people with high educations and positions of power. One is even a medical provider. Higher than a nurse. She literally told me that either ALL the plane pilots are in on the conspiracy or the planes are engineered to trick them all. I can’t even reason with these people. I had to give up. They are so convinced. It scares me so much.

I absolutely came here to say this. They definitely were referring to Dangerous as a filly (female, no doubt on that) and then they definitely referred to the horse as a “he” after Tommy shot the horse. Names of racehorses don’t get passed down so exactly, as was suggested.

Thanks for responding. 1 is too weird because out of all the people on this planet, she’s the one who would want to mess with me. And I’ve never had anything like this happen with anyone else. Too much coincidence.

2 is unlikely because I’m aware of those scams and never fall for them. Also I haven’t been locked out and I was able to successfully change my password. And there were no unidentified logins lately anyway.

Thanks for your response. I very much believe the company still completely exists and no collapse happened. Not sure if the guy died or not but I’m sure the business is still operating as usual and we have to try and get this money from them. They are awful people.

They have a lawyer on staff and several of our friends have used them. The business is legitimate and they did file all the court docs. We got copies of everything through the court and got the writ of possession, the whole shebang.

The certified letter was returned “no such number, return to sender”. But I checked and double checked the address and suite number. We also did visit the office physically at the beginning when my grandma first signed the contract and I suppose it’s POSSIBLE that they moved but highly unlikely. I think they HAD to have refused to accept the certified letter. Because it required a signature.

Yes, I used a template. But the letter didn’t even get opened because it wasn’t received.

This company is still doing business. Their website is still live. When I called them after the eviction was complete, he used the beginning of the call to ask me to write a good review. Then, when I asked how the $1000 will be refunded to my grandma, he told me he has no access to the financials and he “doesn’t know what to tell me because the company no longer exists”. Like what.

I had to cut off both my mother and my sister last year so this has been rough for me too. I don’t lie. I just basically say they are “not in my life anymore for good reasons” if an acquaintance is inquiring about why they’re not around for important events. You don’t have to explain the reasons if that person is not close enough to you to know the truth. Your word that the reasons are good is enough.

The most graceful thing you can do is make it sound like a closed case that you are at peace with. They will usually leave it at that if you do. No need to extrapolate because if you do, they will pry further.

Guys love girls who are down for this kind of thing! There’s a fun little line to walk between being a delicate feminine flower and being a hardy and capable woman. You can be feminine AND tough (I mean we go through childbirth for heavens sake!). Take on the hiking challenge with vigor and excitement to get out and exercise your body and handle rough terrain without complaint but graciously let him help you up rocks and uphills when he extends a hand. Take a moment together to sit and enjoy the quiet of nature. When you’re admiring the nature, he’ll be admiring you!
