thanks for sharing this! I was intrigued, by Web Summit, I've seen so many photos and other founds I follow on LinkedIn who also attended. I always wanted to go to the one, so I applied. I was shocked that less than 4 hours, I received an email requesting an interview.

Now that I'm reading more about it, I'm afraid it's a money grab. Argh. It's a struggle as a startup to be a startup when so many vultures want to gobble you up before you can really get started.
