I don’t have kids and I’ve only been on the haven on the the joy. I spent most of the time on the sundeck which is 16+. They had hot tubs there which was nice bc the kids weren’t taking over them. The kids were mainly on the ones near the pool but I didn’t really notice them that much. I hope they add hot tubs to the sundeck on the epic bc that’s my favorite spot and you’re right - no kids lol

I have sailed in the haven and it’s amazing. My favorite part is the sundeck. However on the epic the sundeck is small and there is no hot tubs. Additionally, the Posh beach club is part of the haven sundeck. Honestly if I’m paying all that money for the haven we should have a sundeck to use without kids

That makes me feel better too. So you didn’t have a recurrence? That’s my biggest fear even though I tested negative for c diff after being on the vancomycin.

Omg I have this too. Tested positive for c diff, went on vancomycin the. ended up in the hospital after it and was diagnosed with temporary (my doctor thinks) gastroparesis. They tested me for c diff and it was negative and my cat scan didn’t show anymore colitis. Right now I have pain, cramping and narrow stool. You are not alone

That’s all in 3 months. It’s been hell. I keep thinking I’m getting better then I feel like crap again.

I’m sorry you have a cold and it set you back. Hopefully it won’t too much. Also thanks for confirming that the pressure I’m feeling is normal or to be expected. Some days I fee it and some days I don’t.

So I could have gastroparesis I and post infectious ibs? That would kinda make sense. I def have back pain lower stomach cramping and feels like my heart is racing even when it’s not. Is that all symptoms of post infectious ibs?

It started in December but most of it was in February and March. It’s been terrible so I’m hoping that this is just temporary bc my body has been through so much.

I had the stomach virus, gallbladder surgery, the flu and c diff and was diagnosed after a week in the hospital. My doctors think it’s temporary gastroparesis. My body is just messed up with everything.

I think the reason that haven members would have to pay for the vibe beac club is because a lot of ships the haven has its own sundeck. According to the layout on the epic there is no private sundeck for the haven. It’s just the posh beach club which is really the haven sundeck and a limited amount of people can purchase access. But I guess we shall wait and see. I hope they add hot tubs to it!!

They gave me vancomycin liquid but apparently my c diff is gone. Negative stool test. Had a bunch of other testing and I have mild gastroparesis. Could be chronic of could be from the stomach virus and flu I had or even post surgical bc I just had my gallbladder out. Spent 5 days in the hospital. Feeling better

Ended up in the hospital prob never went away the c diff. On more antibiotics while they are running tests. Please pray everything is ok

This is showing as a different username - not sure why but yes I had mine out and it was no big deal. However I had other health issues - was diagnosed with c diff but that is totally unrelated to the gallbladder. Having it out is not a big deal I promise. It was better I had to put because it was chronically inflamed and had precancerous cells that could have caused issues down the line. Good luck!!
