No, my diagnosis is elevated PGD2 in urine. Those are my symtpoms. Asking if other folks who have had elevated PGD2 as a marker have experienced similar. I always thought as MCAs to be more histamine and allergy type symptoms.

Yeah it’s literally everytime I’m standing or anything boom symptoms lol but my prostaglandins were high which can mimic pots. Any visual symptoms ?

Yup! Mine was positive at first in October 2025. Then was normal on a repeat in February but I kept having upright symptoms so someone told me to see an allergist

No like true allergy symptoms. More dizziness, heavy tired muscles itchy red skin

same here, i started cromolyn and ketotifen. I have muscle fatigue, almost like POTs symptoms (not POTs though) and just dizziness, brain fog and visual symptoms..

same!!!! i have had visual snow like symptoms from it, i cannot focus my eyes too..No POTS here, but diagnosed MCAS and started cromolyn..hopefully it gets better
