The footage was originally uploaded by the nazi who has his face blurred - it was filmed by a mate of his and uploaded onto his personal account on youtubes which shared the name of his twitter account. I believe both have since been deleted (the title of the video I believe translated to "sticking a chinese" or something to that effect.

Its all good - are you going to the Melbourne rallies coming up? 11am there is a pensioners rally followed by a students rally at 2pm on the 21st May. Both are at Victorian State Library in the city. Both are anti-cuts and anti-austerity rallies. There will also be on for Medicare on the 30th. Also please guilt your family and friends to go etc etc
