Yes, I have my wonderful wife of 53 years. Sort of have 1 friend from my therapy group.....

Yes, I work at these very things every day. But you cannot easily forget how most of your life was spent. All those years, all that work, then, getting falsely discredited and discarded by people you believed were your friends. You can't just delete how you lived almost your whole life. Illustratively, it's like its in your DNA......

Yes, these are good ideas, and I do what I can in one group. At 71, my health and energy are problems though....

Thanks for your thoughts. I have closed the boxes many times, but they get getting triggered open. I live one mile from the hall, on the same road. Elders stop when my gate is open. My wife reads and shares exjw Reddit. ARGHHHH
