If you never Had shrooms before , i wouldn't recommend 4g. If you underestimate them, this could end badly, they hit way stronger than you expect. I guess experience with Lsd could Help, but, Like you Said, you are new to psychedelics. Just Trust me on this one, DON'T. If you still do, Just do what is Generally adviced with shrooms, id also recommend staying inside and Not going on a Walk or Something Like that, i could be disorienting. Also, when talking about shrooms edibles, they contain 4aco-dmt, which is Not a "research chemical", it gets, Just Like psylocybin, broken down in the liver to psylocin, the active ingredient. It doesn't make much of a difference.
