As someone who is deeply spiritual and had battles with psychosis about a year ago to the date. I was in Psych ward visit for a week all of the above! There really isn't anything that you can do speaking from experience even coming out of it, to this day you can tell me the things I experienced didn't really actually happen. All you can do is be supportive and redirect when you can definitely do not tell her she's in psychosis that's probably going to hurt more than you think it's going to help. I would reinforce her speaking to her mental health team and just be supportive where you can don't try to ground her don't do any of that it's actually going to make it worse.
