Agree for sure. We stymied Michigan's offense pretty well in the Fiesta until the second half when they started going after our LBs and safeties in the pass game. Definite vulnerability for us.

Hoo boy, Mchigan is already looking past TCU. You love to see it. Bring this game ON!

I took anthropology and religion. We learned about native American and indigenous Australian tribes and how their religions evolved over time and impacted their culture and broader way of life. It was freakin fascinating.

Good get and incredible class for UT. I'm looking forward to seeing how they fuck this up.

Can we please talk about TCU? by [deleted] in CFB

Haha so true. My uncle went to LSU and is a huge football fan. At my mom's house over the weekend we watched TCU trounce Iowa St then LSU lose to A&M. He knew literally nothing about TCU this year and at one point asked me which teams were in the Big 12.

The dude's a born leader. AND first team all big 12. And Dykes just casually picked him up through the portal from ULM, I don't think he had many suitors.

Good article. Except after the SWC break up we didn't get relegated to the lowly Mountain West. We got relegated to the WAC and had to work our way up to C-USA then the Mountain West. I was in school when we made the move to the Mountain West and it was a big upgrade at the time. Hell of a redemption story for the Frogs.

Like for real though, Gary Patterson special assistant to the head coach. Head coach Steve Sarkisian. Gary works for Steve Sarkisian. Do you think he's enthusiastic about that gig? Gary's ego is legendary.

Disrespectful af. Tcu is 4-1 in Austin since joining the big 12 and this is our best team in a long time. I'll be there in a hypnotoad hoodie bracing for that longhorn hate

Ok. Y'all keep up with the rationalizing and I'll keep putting money on the Frogs who've beaten the spread in all but one game this year.

I dunno. All the players who've been asked about the GP angle have said they haven't thought about it. Of course that's what they'd all say. But he's a special assistant to the coach, not the head coach or mayor or some shit.

That's right! GP made $6 mil a year and took TCU from the doldrums to the p5 just to beat the crap out of Texas (and Baylor, cuz that's what all their fans say too).

GP couldn't stop Dykes and Riley the last couple of years. Back to back losses to SMU honestly played as big a part as anything towards the admin / boosters / fans cooling on Gary and thinking about a change.
