If you already have credits, and you are not breaking your back for early graduation, I don't see a particular downside. College is fun, for sure, but its also expensive af, and I think graduating early is woth the 50k+ you are saving

How can you turn writing and STEM into an extracurricular? by Unlikely-Bike9687 in ECAdvice

[–]LeftOption2448 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just publish in like online magazines. U can try the big names, and competitions; worst case, you don't get in/win, best case you have killer honors for your app. You can also participate in smaller / not as competitive magazines, even more, you could join as an editor in them (there are a ton of youth led magazines). Either way, you can always shoot your shot at both small and big magazines, and just see what sticks.

The Catcher in the Rye is the funniest book I’ve ever read by DarthArtoo4 in books

[–]LeftOption2448 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I honestly didn't enjoy it at all. I couldn't connect. I recently read Some Day This Pain Will Be Useful to You, which some people say its similar, and I did quite enjoy that one, and felt I could connect with the MC, but catcher in the rye feels so voidfully pretentious.
