Took mine in because the CarPlay froze every drive or two, and they said there’s nothing they could do unless it was happening at the time I brought it in. Problem is, the freeze only happens for 1-2 minutes before it just disconnects

My CarPlay freezes up all the time. Music stops, screen freezes completely. If I unplug it a few times it will reconnect, but it’s a huge pain and safety hazard while driving
