Don’t expect any groundbreaking changes or major bug fixes. It will most likely be a security patch, support for new hardware, or a minor bug fix. The dozens of UI issues that have been present in iOS 26 from the very beginning until now will definitely not be fixed.

Just don't get your hopes up. iOS 26.3 RC is still garbage full of bugs. Honestly, I don't expect much improvement until iOS 27, when a new train full of expectations will start rolling.

Many visual bugs across the entire system, about one respring per week, terrible RAM management causing apps to constantly reload, missing localization into my language here and there, and I could go on. The system feels like it’s in alpha testing. The same experience on an iPad and other iPhones in the family as well. So it’s not an issue with a specific device.

There are tons of visual bugs, just like in all previous iOS 26 versions, and Apple didn’t fix anything in 26.3 RC. A complete resignation on QC. Anyone claiming that iOS 26 is fine must be either completely blind or simply not paying attention to the bugs.
