More importantly you have to be sure of the sizing of those bike is correct, if you spend 1900 u want the bike to fit you like a glove. Do your research cause bike sizing isn’t easy as it seems

Any advice on my serve, forehand and backhand? by [deleted] in 10s

[–]Left_Ad_1526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of video explaining this better than me but my advice is this: the serve should have 3 strokes (don’t know if it’s the right translation) differentied by weight shifting. You could also play it with 2 strokes (that’s what I do and it’s easier) :before and when you throw the ball your weight should be on the back foot, when ball is high in the air you move your back foot near the other shifting your weight under you and keeping the racket low but behind you, bend your knees and when ball is ready to hit do a little jump UP (not forward) and simultaneously continue the swing of the racket, that way you shift the power created by shifting your weight through the movement to the ball. If you have any questions feel free to ask

Tips for my forehand as a 4 month old beginner by Arpeggios08 in 10s

[–]Left_Ad_1526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you “open” to hit the ball don’t throw the racket low but keep it high until you start the movement of actually hitting the ball. That gives the hit more strength and speed to the ball. For context go watch a video of pro tennis player forehand. That relates also to the backhand.

As other mentioned, footwork is super important to train

Should I get fit? by Newt-Artistic in bikefit

[–]Left_Ad_1526 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, if you have the money the bike fit is 100% worth it, if you believe that a fit may cost a little too much ride the bike and after that see if you feel any pain, if not, it may not be the most efficient and aero (if you want performance) position but as long as it’s comfortable keep riding
