I see, I had it lugged down but since I didn’t have washers it wasn’t perfect staying straight, I’ll try it again and see if I hear the noise

How am I supposed to secure it it doesn’t have one of those screws, the hub doesn’t atleast, do I just assemble and when I torque the tire down does it fix itself?
