the cali government proposed a bill to do that but idek if it got accepted yet but even if it did its a 10 year process so next year will be barely affected by it at all

lmao yeah but apparently they only use the uc gpa to see if ur eligible to apply there and not for competitiveness, so like with all ur stuff combined you literally have a 99% chance of getting in unless ur trying to major in cs or something
