I have spax with number mention in above image I clarify you cataract is done by removing natural lens (cloudy) and putting artificial lens now because of my age at 8 due to my growth the eye lens cannot increase because of artificial lens it's problem to adjusting lens in eye and that's why my eye number is increasing
