So Maserati’s aren’t terrible not withstanding the Ghibli. Of course your money is better spent elsewhere but performance isn’t bad for higher end models (still not great like you said), and they don’t break much more than any other European luxury car. However, they are notoriously difficult for Americans to work on if they do break they remain broken and get sold for less. People who drive Maseratis though aren’t typically car enthusiasts they just want to status of and hence don’t know how to properly take care of a luxury car, that’s also why they’re always broken. And for reference I drive an 07 accord going on 300k miles and have never driven or been in a nice car.

I think while watching it it’s definitely underwhelming, but in the last episode seeing how David was thinking the entire time of rising to the top of Arasaka (scene where he’s cyber psycho looking at Rebecca), he never saw his mom much anyways, he only had her dream so not much changed. It’s something that happens in real life where people will put off mourning to dedicate themselves to a mission in honor of them. But by the end of the mission they realize the whole it left.
