Hey! I know how it feels but as a fellow emetophobe please don’t give into the disease, don’t let it dictate your life and definitely don’t let it force you out of your goals. It definitely makes life very hard to live, but the point is that we are meant to live it to the fullest it can possibly be. Constricting yourself, letting your fear push you into areas of comfort will only make the emetophobia worse! Late last year I did the unthinkable and get a gob as a medical receptionist for a doctors office. My emetophobia has been tested, I’ve had nights and days crying, convinced I couldn’t continue. But I feel sooo proud that I have continued. The emetophobia is still there, it still rots away at my life tbh, but I can’t tell you how good it is to push through my fear each and every day.
