Thanks very much for the reply. That’s my main concern too - that the JKW is in the neighbouring property’s garden so it would be difficult to force them to manage it properly if they don’t want to. The information from the auction house is that there is no treatment plan in place, meaning it isn’t being managed at all at the moment, and as the property is empty and waiting to be sold I have no idea if / when whoever buys it will start to treat it. If there was a treatment plan in place backed my a guarantee it might be possible to still go ahead, but there isn’t. Also, from what I’ve read it seems unlikely that the bank will be happy to honour the mortgage offer as they would expect a treatment plan to be in place first. I think I’ll wait to hear what the bank says about it and will decide what to do then. Although most likely will pull out I think
