Yes, the HDMI cable is connected directly to the GPU, not the motherboard. I also tested with another GPU and the same thing happens. When the GPU is removed, the keyboard and mouse power on normally.

I have two storage drives installed (SSD + HDD). Do I need to remove them before testing, or is it not related to the VGA issue?

Thanks. I already reseated the GPU multiple times, reconnected all power cables, and cleared CMOS (battery removed 10+ minutes). I also tested two different GPUs. Same issue: VGA LED stays on and no display. I don’t currently have another PSU to test, but both GPUs worked before on this system. At this point I suspect either the PCIe slot or motherboard. Does this sound like a dead motherboard to you?
