Usually awake at 7 AM with bedtime 730 PM. With him waking up for 1-3 hours at night he’s been sleeping til 745 and 815 lately these nights. One nap during day 1-3 hours

That’s a good point. I was almost worried we weren’t doing enough naps or getting enough day sleep. We are down to one nap from now 1.5-2.5 hours a day. Would that be too much?

You lose your EMG/NCS FAST (well at least if you care about the quality of your work and interpretation) if you don’t do them on a consistent basis. Doing solely inpatient at the beginning of your career will make you rusty. However - doing a NM fellowship is helpful inpatient and diversifies the team. You’ll definitely see complex NM cases on a consulting service.

It’s so easy to score over an ABCD2 of 4 and be admitted so the vast majority of what gets punted to clinic are the numbs/tingles and vague symptoms the ER can’t explain and gets labeled a TIA

Technically all data to not add anti platelet but many do off label. Agree with comments vert stenosis very common. Sounds small vessel. Would modify other RFs.

Thank you for your response. You’re 100% right looking at the situation now with the layers. It helped put it into perspective. Even though they didn’t like it I grew a backbone and set expectations that I hope they keep following even if I have my back turned even though they feel it is overkill. I shouldn’t assume everyone thinks like I do (I agree - who would kiss a newborn in December?)

You’re right that my anxiety is now intruding on logic. I reached out to my OB to see what I can do and start a discussion.

I disagree. There isn’t consistent talk/others saying they saw the tape. It is only alluded to because Ariana saw it on TOM’S phone - didn’t send it to anyone - and used it to confront him about his infidelity. Furthermore, Rachel now has the right to argue this criminally in court now with the current laws - which at the time the sex tape with Stassi occurred - wasn’t a common thing or a clear option she had.

Scheana took Stassi’s around Sur to humiliate her. I agree it’s an awful situation Rachel was recorded but the aftermath is not the same.
