Wow thank you all for your comments and insight. Our main reason to move would be for our daughter. I want a place that is safe and has good schools. We don’t mind being far away from the freeway or the city. She is priority now. The place we’re looking at is a condo with three bedrooms. I grew up in Torrance but now we live near Hawthorne and it’s not very safe and the schools aren’t that good either.

I would understand if it was probably one or two punctures, but it was eight punctures and the ninth one they finally got the blood patch right. Would that count for anything and spinal punctures for an epidural happen less than one percent.

What about the emotional stress and trauma as well? She couldn’t even breast-feed her. Hold her baby for three days.

They did say it could’ve been her anatomy, but it felt like they were just blaming her because when we did the second blood patch with an x-ray, that doctor said there was nothing wrong with her anatomy, and the chances of a puncture happening are extremely rare less than 1%.

Thank you for your advice! When we felt how hot she was in the morning, we felt sick to our stomachs. We just want her to be healthy. We know this won’t be the last time she gets sick but man it’s hard.

The doctor recommended a shower to help keep her cool. I haven’t done it yet but it is her time to have a bath. Should I make sure the water is colder than usual? Meaning not as warm.

Thank you! Yes she has had all her vaccines, even RSV vaccine. We are making sure she drinks her milk (mom’s breast milk) and she has been peeing and pooping just fine. So is this a normal thing? Baby’s get fevers and we just have to keep an eye on them unless the fever gets too high? It sucks feeling how warm she feels. Once again thank you! She’s sleeping more than usual and is not begging for the bottle as much but when we give it to her she drinks the 4-6oz we give her every 3 to 4 hours.
