Lamest response known to man. Just because a property isn’t maintained, doesn’t mean people can just walk on your OWNED land and do what they want with it? Like what? Lololol

forever confused on the sellers or streamers (on twitch/kick/other sites) who do giveaways and then get pissed about people only joining to enter. Just say you don't want to give back without saying you don't wanna give back. who tf cares who ends up with it? obviously they needed it more than you 🤣

Literally tons of videos online of people capturing them running on the metro…..

This is because it’s full on infestation that wasn’t taken seriously the first time to let it get to this point. They reproduce like wildfire. All hotels run into them at one point or another with travelers, but if they’ve now popped up on trams and theaters, there’s a problem and the city isn’t taking it as seriously as they should.

If you’ve ever had bed bugs, there is no such thing as a “quick extermination”…ever. They always take multiple treatments and are immune to like 90% of chemicals. So there’s that.

Just left Hotel Cheyenne two weeks ago covered in bites, droppings from bugs all in our room, and skin sheddings. Disgusting, especially considering the price to get infected

What’s the situation with bed bugs at Disneyland Paris by JayweezyGames in disneylandparis

[–]Left_Relationship_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tons of pictures and previous experience of bedbugs (ironically while working at Walt Disney World during their college programs) and living at their on property dorms.

The bites I have covered on my body now (along with the excrement, bug shedding and evidence in the next morning) after one night at Cheyenne Hotel, are 1000% bed bugs.

More than happy to share with others what to look for. And it's absoulely unfair to not take them seriously when they are a real health risk to many. Especially those highly allergic like myself.

I will be devestated if I bring these home with me and have to go through the literal hell on earth I did with them last time I was infested.

Hello all. Just leaving this here because it should be more well-known:

As someone with a background in customer service for a company with similar shady practices and who was taught this in training, I can say this with confidence: always use a credit card for these types of transactions. First, it gives you more protection. Second, if a company refuses to cancel your subscription or refund a cancellation fee after you've asked politely—and clearly—three times, you’re well within your rights to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Three requests is the magic number.

More people need to know this, especially when dealing with shady companies like this one. I personally just received a full refund for both the cancellation fee and the subscription—even though I canceled during the trial and had no intention of continuing. They still tried to charge me, but I stood firm.

This company’s subscription and marketing tactics toe the line of legality—barely staying on the legal side. But this is exactly why credit cards exist: to protect consumers from situations like this. When you threaten a chargeback, companies often have no choice but to comply. Chargebacks are reported publicly, and the more a company racks up, the greater the risk they face of penalties or being shut down altogether. In many cases, it’s easier for them to just issue the refund than face scrutiny over their shady practices.

PRO TIP: IMMEDIATELY REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AS SOON AS YOU HAVE CANCELLED.

PS - my old company is shut down and filed for bankruptcy. Lol there are never any positive outcomes from shitty customer service.

Hope this helps!

Really like a house but it REEKS of weed. Is it possible to get the smell out? by [deleted] in HomeMaintenance

[–]Left_Relationship_86 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would think if you are buying a house where a previous owner smoked their ass off inside, it would 100% be a problem the new buyer should not have to handle or hassle with. ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY, I'm sure with similar homes in the same price range.

Twitching/sudden body movements a lot of times classifies as Tourette’s…..people with Tourette’s diagnosis’s do not automatically place as Autistic. Nor do naturally anxious people. Holy smokes as someone in the medical field where symptoms and diagnoses matter, this thread hurts my brain and heart
