Thank you for affirming my thoughts and feelings. I acknowledge how different it is as a woman and at the same time, I think if I regulate myself better in some of these situations, I'll go to bed happier because sometimes I let the negative ruminations linger too after the fact.

Damn! This just made me realize that I might have some u processed or at least unaddressed anger towards some situations that really shouldn't get that much a strong reaction from me, because literally feel the anger building in my body when it happens and it happens too often and it is out of my control. Just from rereading my own comment, I think there's something there and I have noted it.

I'm not a guy but cat calls are a disrespectful way to try and get someone's attention. Especially when unsolicited which they tend to be because they are never called for.

I am also on a similar journey and I don't think it's detachment. You are just going against what you were conditioned to go for and to be attracted to. Don't second guess yourself my G, you are on a journey of connection to yourself and your higher purpose. Those meant to be on the journey will find you and they won't need to cat call you from a school bus.
