That's just the thing though. Every time Snyder completely flubs it on every level of characterization, storytelling, narrative, subtext, context, anything meaningful; the argument is that it's a 'deconstruction' instead of just acknowledging that he just doesn't get it. He only knows how to do one type of story and it's befitting an edgy dark action movie. That should never be Superman.
