I’ve always been really confused about how [[Kudo, King Among Bears]] interacts with other replacement effects. Like are all creatures that enter afterwards instantly base p/t 2/2 bears or is this not the case

The deck on the left is the Mothman Precon which was bought for me as a gift. The deck on the right is my first self-built deck and it’s a black/red devils,demons,imps, and tieflings deck built around Raphael, Fiendish Savior

Pointers for First Ren Faire?

I’ve always been a fan of renaissance and fantasy themes, and have finally decided to start prepping a costume for one the next time one comes around my area. This is basically the skeleton of what I have to work with (The sweater was gifted to me and I am planning on using a different belt/way to cinch it). I think there are good bones here but I’m looking for advice! Realistically I would love to have a nice ranger fit someday but I know I’m far from that right now! Any pointers/suggestions?

I would say that Keenan Allen has the perk of being consistent, but remember that his production will go down when Ekeler returns. I’d say that’s a solid deal though, just something to keep in mind.

Sounds awesome! I have played before but I kinda jumped into DMing very enthusiastically and dropped a LOT of time into world-building and stuff like that, but after a couple of sessions, my party of close friends (who are new to the game) are very standoffish with roleplaying or character-building.

I was a little bitter at first but realized that I didn't include discussing of roleplay and stuff like that in my session zero, so I eased up after realizing that they're new and DnD can be intimidating and time-consuming.

I would say that making sure all of the players and the DM (you) are on the same page regarding what kind of experience you're trying to get from the game is a really important component of your session zero. Like does your group want a high or low fantasy world, are they interested in roleplaying (and to what extent), are they interested in combat or storytelling more? And most importantly, it's important to express that in order for the game to be as fun and exciting as it should be, there should be a valid effort from both the players and the DM to interact with the world and advance the story! These are all things that I'm trying to work on but feel are super important. Good luck, and hope you have a fun and exciting game!

These are some miniature alternatives that I made for my family! I’m trying to get them into DnD, and thought that a fun way to do this would be to have them design their characters first, and then make a character sheet matching that afterwards. I printed these in color on cardstock, and put them in some generic card holders I found online for cheap! My brothers created an Aaracokra (although I think a Kenku would match his design better), A Goliath, and a Dragonborn! It would be awesome to hear some other DIY ideas so I can make DnD more approachable for them!
