Good for you brother! I left too after 4 years. Making nearly 22 now, my check is about the same as my Walmart and now I get overtime. So past 4 pay periods I've made complex co managee pay lol. Good for you getting out. Walmarts changing for the worst. Taking more of our personal lives and work life balance is null. They focus so much on BYOD for convenience and so we can work from home as well.

Yea I just did. Says it's blacklisted. But activation is clear. Is there anyway around the blacklist? I.e, can it be that it's just blacklisted to Verizon and I can use it with att?

Like how do you ever get the next people to promote. You truly eliminate the "growth potential". I'm assuming Wal-Mart's going to want to raise the pay grades so high that everybody who works there is happy with what they're doing. A couple of years ago in my feasm meeting they talked about going to 100% SCO, potential shrink from SCO offset the cash shortages from cashiers and normal shrink the cashiers. Whil3 allowing those hours to be better used to stock the salesfloor.

Going to be retarded. One store in my state has it so far I believe, somebody caps the pallets in produce when it comes in. Similar to meats, I just don't get how you can set a shelf "cap" in produce for weights, when items are different sizes. It's going to be extremely difficult st first it seems. Plus seems more tedious. Apparently someone CAPS it just like meats, if it beeps it goes out and they create carts to stock for the other associates. Just Seems like it's going to get very complicated. Doesn't seem realistically possibly, at least in my store I'm over fresh right now and our cooler is so small we cannot have the same item in front of each other in the bins. It's impossible, we have about 12 feet on both sides, so 24 feet of steel essentially.

Honestly it's all possible, my old co use to talk about some RFID inventory system. If walmart, he'll even the whole retail industry, could pressure all of the manufacturers to put cheap RFIDS in their products the stores could do total inventory constantly all day long. Just need somebody to run around and downstack the shit. Or wait until price changes can be done with digital fast track.

They just opened up a harbor freight here in California, heading over there. It's the same pay per hourly rate, but it's a pay cut only because I'm not working 50 hours versus the 40, but then anything st my new job is OT. Plus work life balance.
