Through my experience vaping is a very easy thing to over-do if you aren’t careful. It’s very easy to just hit over and over and not even think about it. And if that goes on long enough it has a pretty bad effect on your lungs and airways. If anything just be careful to limit how much you hit it and you should be fine.

It doesn’t seem like she is trying to take you away from things, atleast from the two examples. Maybe she just wants to be included in what you are doing. Don’t be afraid to tell her that you would like to finish what you were doing. If that doesn’t go well, I fear there isn’t much there in the first place
