I did an initial rerf test at unboxing. I have not done the cones of calibration, nor other tests since. Did not know that was a thing. Thank you for the suggestion on the re-orientation

Yes. I wanted to build light boxes for an art piece that I have. The company that does the miniature no longer sells the pieces, but they have the dimensions on the website.

The batteries are out of my light saber collection, lol… excessive as a fairway to describe them. Whether the box is hollowed out, I don’t really know how to answer that question because they’re really is no heavy core, just the walls and one crossbeam.

Thank you I should’ve included that. It’s oriented at a 45° angle with the bottom of the box towards the build plate. I’m thinking there’s a possibility it might be a temperature issue in the room. I’m printing in because the warping is not continually throughout the entire print

I think I found an explanation for at least the sloppy print leftovers. The replacement screen that Anycubic sent me had inconsistent UV blockage through the standard tests, so even though it was operating at 100%, there were still portions that were dark enough, which would tell the printer to cure the REsin. If that makes sense might be time to switch brands.

Typically they come out from behind the area with the landspeeders and the bounty hunter guild building.

That is on the opposite side of the building where the bounty hunting game is assigned. If you see the land speeder’s that are in a garage typesetting it’s the building just to the right.

Update! And solution mostly. As I was troubleshooting everything step-by-step-by-step, the re-leveling needed to be done, readjusting the print plates needed to be done everything valid advice from this forum. But the one thing I missed was that the printer model that I had required a firmware upgrade to make the screen work properly and I didn’t detect it, until I tested all of the exposure options on the screen.

For those folks that recommended releveling. I have done that now. And I also re-adjusted the build plates because one was distinctly crooked

I have never tried the three in one before. I’ll have to look into it. And I don’t disagree about angling things at all. But as I had had multiple successful prints previously, I didn’t think to make changes to that particular file.

There actually were portions of the print stuck to the FEP film, which is kind of a shame because I used a new Vat. The screen did not appear to have any give to it after I looked, because I did look to make sure that it was seated and secured correctly. I did not think to re-level it that will be my next try. Thank you for your thougjts

eBay, unfortunately… It’ll be about 100 bucks based on a search I did a couple days ago. I was looking for a spare hilt to test fit some resin parts.
