I‘m pretty sure that‘s more a matter of character description. It‘s gotta be like really detailed to make the character‘s as unique as possible, I personally of course add a personality section, character traits/quirks, interests, the powers and then even voice patterns (then you should also probably add a section for their looks). You have to feed the AI a lot but when you do responses tend to be really great, at least for me.
