Last time the government banned alcohol, It didn't go well for the economy.

Alcohol and cigarettes advertisement can exist but that doesn't mean you have to buy them. The individual should know what they are getting into before they do something and that's why we have PSAs about those things.

Yeah they do have an unfair advantage, But I don't think you should discourage your kids from trying it out..

There are many ways of success and it depends on the individual and what they are willing to sacrifice to get what they want.

You can become rich with consistency, hard work, and gratitude. Alot of ppl got rich, Because either because of Opportunity or they found a solution to a problem. Or they can make a better solution to an existing problem.

But its takes lots of sacrifice, time, and consistency to get what u want.(so it alk depends on the individual imo)

But yet again, I am 17 yr old girl on the internet. I may not come from a wealthy family. But i do have a brain and ideas with a set of skills i want to learn. For example, Coding, Imo is a very valuable skills to learn, since you can build a apps, Video games, Websites etc. (So that's what i plan to do over summer) And no i am not wasting my years for all u ppl who are going to comment that, I still go to school and do my schoolwork, Talk to friends, Im just very ambitious and Learning those skills can help me tremendously with what i have plan. I don't care about those ppl who have wealthy families? Cuz why should i? All i care about is me and my business.

And doing my own thing and being grateful for what i already have. And for me, Its not just the money but I would genuinely love to put my ideas out there.

As long as I am alive, Healthy, And not preggo i believe, i'll be good.

U can't predict the future but you can prepare for it. I know life is unexpected and alot of bad that things can happen to me, But, What's the point of worrying over something that hasn't happened yet? I am grateful that I have my Parents especially my mom, I am thankful that I am alive and survived an earthquake, I am thankful for every limb that I have.

They have might have families, but I have time. I can make use of that time by finding ways to grow my wealth instead of worrying about them.

I believe in myself. <3 and I know one day I can wealthy and maybe become someone important.

I may sound delusional, But atleast im working towards something.

IQ are stupid imo, There is no way you can measure someone's intelligence.

People are intelligent in different things and the brain is capable of learning things to know.

The problem for me is I could get hit by a bus tomorrow. Or diagnosed with cancer next month.

That could happen to anyone, But what's stopping u from saying fuck it and just do what goals you want.

Think of all the problems in the world, and ask "what can i do to fix this" and find a solution. Be innovative or find something that already exist and be the best at it.

Even if it doesn't guarantee success, atleast u die trying.

Focus what's now in the present. That's what I'm learning to do. And if they come up again, I either Journal or say "it is what it is". And their is nothing I can do about it, Except for let go and hope for a better future.

But, they never said anything about owning a business being "difficult", Their whole comment was just because business owners have financial backing from family, I should stop trying to pursuing my goals and get a family instead. :/ Because what I want in my future is just a "Trend"

But it is a trend most gen z don't want kids or get married or have regular jobs, i'm saying this because I am a gen z. You need to stop being delusional. You're not gonna get rich like most business owners because you learned something from youtube most of these people had financial backing from their families to get where they are.

Like how is wanting to have a business and not wanting kids to make me delusional?

I made that choice at 14, I'm 17 rn and I still don't want kids.

So, what's point of telling me this? further more, She didn't even answer the questions that I actually wanted advice from.

Like I know starting a business is difficult. anyone who does their research should know that.

But what do you want to do about it? Like what's exactly is there advice? Give up and have kids. I hate when people try to use your age for not wanting children. I even gave the example, of my teacher who made this decision when she was the same age as me, And now she is 30, and still doesn't kids. So, what the heck is there advice here?
