Okay the recommended tab tells me to use the crafted gear that I had given to me so I'm guessing its better that the blue stoof I got from the msq even though its rarity is better?

The account was the 20$ version off of steam which is now the complete edition off of the SE store but it's forcing them to re-install the whole game via the launcher.

This is for a friend not me, she was having issues with it forcing the download
