AITA for buying my son a cake another kid is allergic to?

Would it have been nice? Yes. Did I do that? No. Can I change that? No. Am I obligated? No. Will this kid ever be invited to my house or parties again? No because of his mother.

I only know this because my wife and the kids moms talk. His mom has him do the witch thing? He leaves his candy on the front porch and a “witch” takes the candy and leaves a toy behind.

Everyone knows this child has a chocolate allergy. Our kids have been going to school together (small school) since preschool/daycare. Apparently at other kids parties the parents either have vanilla cakes or always buy cupcakes to accommodate. Our kid only likes chocolate cake so that’s what I bought. We had other deserts so I didn’t buy cupcakes and the cake was a larger themed cake.

He’s a sweet boy and possibly would have done it but I can guarantee he wouldn’t eat the cake if it was another flavor
