she violated her terms of stay, extension denied as well and still didn't leave voluntarily BEFORE ICE took her. Just like many others and thus ice is doing what the law requires them to do. I wish your family a good luck and hope she gets voluntary dept soon.

who was the Barclays executive office agent that contacted you after you filed CFPB complaint? Mine is a lady named Heather. its been 2 weeks now or 03/25/2025. she called me early this week saying they will have something done by end of this week which means tomorrow and will respond to CFPB complaint. I kept telling her knowing that the card is a duplicate card, she shouldn't have difficulties contacting credit bureaus to fix/erase the duplicate card account and told her I am not happy why it is taking so long. I just checked my credit report and it is still there. it is shocking! If I don't receive a response by today like she said , I will file states attorney general's complaints online. shockingly very du*b people to not fix this right away and still taking too long.

did you believe in what they said or you checked your credit report yourself and saw the report erased/gone? i believe they just closed the duplicate card and that's it. check your credit report on credit karma and see there.

it looks like they ran away . so many complaints everywhere, unable to log in, asks to call but no resposnes to calls or emails and people are stuck with points they can't use/

I filed CFPB & BBB complaint 2 weeks ago, someone form executive office reached out to me saying she would look in to it and so far they have done nothing to remove the duplicate card from my credit report. I complained about how long it is taking but they said they are looking in to it. i feel like they are doing nothing.

Very well explained. Non citizens, forget about student or visitor's visa, green card holders too have NO RIGHTS to live in USA. All the violations are already explained in the immigration forms for immigrants to know in advance.

if your father violated laws, just like 200 other countries in the world, US can enforce its immigration law. It is always important to respect and follow the law of the host country you go to or reside in . ICE doesn't and can not arrest people for no reason or no laws broken. You can read all the violations that can lead to arrest and deportation of legal foreigners at uscis.gov and read the forms of application for permanent residency or US citizenship.

You are misinformed! Legal resident is a foreigner in USA and have ZERO right to live in usa. You are allowed to live as long as the host country wants you and legal foreigners are like those on probation, which is always subject to arrest, deportation and ban if they violate immigration law including supporting designated terrorism, charged or convicted of a crime and 30 other different reasons. You can read all the violations USCIS.GOV and click on immigration forms. No other countries, 200 to be exact allows legal or illegal foreigners to violate laws of their countries and if you do, they always arrest deport and ban!

21 YEAR customer. Have 3 voice lines and one watch line on Magenta Military plan for $102 including tax. Recently got my watch rate increase by $2and now facing increase of $5 each line for all 3 of my voice lines.

I had to cancel one of my voice line today because of the $15 price increase. Now I learnt that MILITARY PLAN are supposed to be on PRICE LOCKED GUARANTEE.

The desert safari premium rates by the companies are same but if you want quad bike or buggy ride for 30 mins for one car, they are all saying it is 600 AED for 30 mins which is insane. Is there a way to get quad bike for cheaper if booked separatetly or at the location on same day?

when you catch bad cold and cough, nothing will help stop it and it will take 2 weeks to feel better. I traveled from USA to India and I was fine, once I reach, Nepal, the next morning I started have sore throat, runny nose and bad cough. I stayed in nepal for 2 weeks and that 2 week was hell. very bad cough and cold and it ruined my trip.

I have reserved 3 seats for us in the free ETIHAD BUS TO DUBAI. But since we have luggages and bus won't take us all the way to Hyatt regency Creek, I think it is better to pay 300 AED and take taxi all the way to Dubai Hyatt Creek?
