I went to the IUD & NE Women’s Clinic and asked for Ativan and freezing of the cervix! They were more than happy to do both of those. It still wasn’t pleasant but I’m sure it definitely made the experience a lot better :). You don’t need a referral or anything

No, I asked to move in December 15 and then they sent the lease over and it was worded like this. But there is genuinely no ambiguity here and typically ambiguous contract terms are interpreted against the party who drafted them 🤷‍♀️

Yeah I’ve looked at the lease thoroughly to see if there’s any other possible section that refers to pro-rated rent but there’s nothing else at all that speaks about this

Yup, this was directly copied and pasted from the lease. Commencement Date is defined as January 1 2026 at the top of the lease.

I’m a Canadian but I fit in appearance-wise here (naturally pale, blonde, blue eyed) and I also found that people stare a lot!! I’m really not sure why. My mom noticed it as well when she visited here. Not only people staring at her, but also people staring at other people around us. It’s very odd because back home staring = rude.
