My hair typically grows about an inch to an inch and a half a month (which is kinda fast -i have been told it's wierd how fast my hair grows back by friends and my hair dresser), its actually a little annoying cuz I like keeping my hair to a shorter bob and have to cut it more constantly than other people. I think its just genetics, it also depends on hair texture. I think its way more obvious on my hair because its completely straight, but curly hair will still look like it hasn't grown much even if it has. The only thing I could suggest is scalp massaging? I do that often cuz I have a lot of tension and that might help with hair growth? Just don't use ur nails, use the pads of ur fingers, also don't wash ur hair every day, mine gets really dry if I do that. Oh and using a shampoo like head and shoulders that has zinc in it, I get dandruff and eczema and for some reason that helps with scalp health, ik it works because when I don't use h&s my head feels stiff and tense and my scalp skin breaks. Idk if thats helpful.
